Bearwood Three Shires Oak Road is not part of the bus station but it also has a number of services and combined with the bus stops located on Bearwood Road make it a viable interchange, and thus Network West Midlands have published a interchange guide which can be obtained from the link bellow. It can be reached by a bus obviously or a short walk, it is at the opposite end of Bearwood's main shopping street next to the Bear Tavern public house.

There is no rail link in Bearwood and it has never had a railway station (although there was a station located on the Harborne Branch Line on Hagley Road and was/is the closest). Smethwick dose have railway stations, but are all located at the High Street end of the town and a decent walk. Buses serve all of Smethwick’s railway stations and stations in Birmingham City Centre for the best possible service. The Midland Metro is reachable via The Hawthorns, Kenrick Park, Trinity Way and West Bromwich Central tram stops. National Express coaches provides a regular service via Birmingham to London Victoria Coach Station and Heathrow Airport (along with a less regular service to other places).
